In order to guarantee you the quality required for your technically high-quality and sophisticated products, we have developed an in-house software solution over several years. This makes it possible to trace each component using barcodes.
Instead of just carrying out spot checks, we document all production steps in full. This allows you to precisely trace the production process using a production log and we can guarantee process reliability and reproducibility.
The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. That’s why we leave nothing to chance. To ensure the precision required for your products, we use modern plant systems with high-precision controls.
Our employees receive regular training to ensure that they make the right move at all times. In addition, each rotary system is equipped with a terminal with which the employees can monitor themselves.
State-of-the-art software.
The software we have developed contains detailed parts lists with information such as storage location, shape and change index. Sophisticated work plans guide the production specialist through the individual production phases. Using inspection plans, the hollow bodies are then checked, barcoded and recorded using a scanner. All important data is stored on a server and archived for ten years.
If, despite all our care, an error does occur during production, we can identify it using the barcodes and the production log and correct it immediately.
It is our responsibility to protect nature and use its resources sparingly. From product design and production to shipping the items to the customer, we take into account the need to save raw materials and energy. Through process monitoring measures, energy recovery facilities and an audited energy management system, we actively contribute to preserving our liveable environment.
